You would register as a foreign LLC in FL and keep your PA entity. However, as noted by my colleagues, you will pay taxes in both states. I would strongly recommend you discuss this with your accountant.

You can operate a Pennsylvania corporation in another state. However, you would have to register that entity in Florida to operate it there as a foreign corporation and comply with the law of both jurisdictions. You could wind up the Pennsylvania operation and start a new one in Florida (talk to your tax person first). Or keep both going - might have a need to do that.
Sales tax numbers are state-specific. What good would a PA sales tax number do in FL? If you plan on keeping PA sales, you would have to keep a PA sales tax number. And if you want to sell in Florida, I'm sure they want a separate sales tax number down there.
