I got injured at work and the workers comp doctor is requesting physical therapy but my company dont want to pay me for the 90 minutes that i need to attend for 3 days of the week.
Your employer would only be required to pay you if your doctor takes you off work or sets a requirement for phyiscal therapy as a condition to return to work. However, they must probive you yhe opportunity to make up the time or pay you or it would result in disability.

You are at disability and can receive Temporary Income Benefits (TIBs) when you are able to obtain and retain employment at equivalent wages. If you miss work for physical therapy, you are not able to earn the same wage.
Your employer would not be liable for the payments, you will receive payments from the insurance carrier after you have 8 days of disability.

You have a legal right to attend physical therapy. Your employer does not have to pay you for lost time. The insurance company will send you a partial reimbursement of your wages (70 percent if you make better than 8.50 hr). However to get these benefits you will need to forward your check stubs to the WC adjuster and probably make several follow up calls.
Under the law, the employer is not obligated to pay you for the time at physical therapy. Call a lawyer in your area to discuss the rest of the details of your case.
