Do we need to write dismissed moving violation details on Citizenship application ? If the case was dismissed before hearing ? also no need to write parking ticket information , is that correct ?
please clear it
Any traffic ticket that exceeds a minor violation should be listed. When in doubt it is best to include the information.
Parking tickets do not need to be listed unless you have accumulated a number of unpaid tickets.
Do make sure any outstanding fines are paid before filing.
You should include the traffic violation on the N-400, but you will not have to supply documentation since it was dismissed (you only have to include court documents of traffic infractions if you paid a fine of $500 or more).
Include the information - it will not affect the petition and USCIS knows that you are being truthful with your responses.
