My son has a phone when he is with me, he took his phone to school and gave it to his friend
so he can call me and his sibling because his mom does not allow him to call, I didn't know about it, the ESP manager finds the phone and gave it to my ex-wife, now she refuse to give it back and she told my son's friend that his dad is a bad man and the little girl she was crying
the court orders if he takes any recording device to her home she can destroy it, he didn't take it home. The police ask her to return the phone to me and she is refusing
I am planning to open civil case against her for Slander,theft and invasion of privacy
my ex-wife, she committing parental alienation and she been all along accusing me, and the court had me do many times monitor visits and every time her accusations were not founded
