His sentencing is December 23, he may be released. I live in our rental now with my minor daughter & I am terrified he will send some of his "goons" to the house because he has repeatedly said that over the recorded jail phone. He also talks about how he going to go right back to selling drugs when he gets out. My daughter knows nothing about his criminal record and I'd like to keep her protected as much as possible. I just don't know if I should call the jail and alert them to his behavior. They can listen to his calls. He is Laramie County Detention Facility in Wyoming. I reside in Ohio. I don't think he should be released if he's been talking like this over the jail phones. He's going to go right back to breaking the law and he's threatening a woman & her child.
Yes, contact the detention center, law enforcement, and the prosecutor's office.
