I was served at work. I answered. Opposing lawyer seems to just be emailing me all the time motions. Is this OK or do I have to actually say you can serve me by email.
Email service is now allowed, under the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure.

Under new Rule 21a, service by email is permitted under the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure. The Rule doesn’t say when service by email is complete.
