the tracking number showed that uscis officer picked up my package. i contacted uscis and they told me to me to lockboxsupport email, 10 days and no reply as well. what is my next option? i'm 100% sure they received my package as the name is from someone who works in the office but uscis tells me to send an email to the lockbox since no receipt number number so far. what to do?
it is possible that your packet was incomplete and that it is in the mail back to you. That can take a while.
I agree with my colleague, they may be in the process of returning the package to you.
NOTE: Always use USPS CERTIFIED MAIL, with return receipt, to ensure delivery.
Also, you can contact your bank to see if the checks have been cashed.
