So, I am trying to obtain a security clearance for a contract i'm trying to work on. However, I am a dual citizen with another country. There is a question on SF68 that states: Have you EVER used this passport (or identity card) for foreign travel? I have left the US using my US passport. And I entered my home country using that country's passport. Does that qualify as using my foreign passport for foreign travel?
It sure sounds like it qualifies. Answer "yes" and explain what you did and the reason you did that.
