I have all my divorce papers but they kept requesting for the following, A degree form showing, addresses in caption and praecipe, pa RCP 19020.73 b and I don't know where and how to get it. Can someone help me
First off, I think you mean PARCP 1920.73b. That might help you. It's clear that your pleadings (court filings) are not in the form required by the court.
Do-it-yourself divorces aren't always a good idea. Please consider having a consultation with an attorney before you try again to finalize the divorce. A lot of people miss things and are sorry afterwards. For example, I'm concerned that you may have missed something necessary to a settlement of your property & financial issues and you may be sorry later when you can't do anything about it. Did you know that you may well be entitled to a share of your spouse's 401k if earned during the marriage or if it earned interest? Or that you should have a written plan for dividing any marital real estate or other property worth over $500? There's lots of stuff like that to know, and if you missed it and you go on to get the divorce finalized, you won't be able to do much later.
I have a private practice in Malvern, PA, and I welcome new clients. Contact me privately for further information. Prior to becoming my client, you will need to sign a representation agreement, and you may have to pay a retainer depending on the type of case. My answer to your question is not to be considered legal advice, just general information based on my knowledge and experience, and the fact that I answered your question does not create a lawyer-client relationship between us. That would have to commence more formally. Further information is at my website www.RabinLawOffices.com.
