I have applied for H1b amendment, got approved and was valid till September 2014, then I have applied for h1b extension on Oct 1st 2014, meanwhile I moved from client A to client B and State A to State B on June 30 and didn't file for amendment.
USCIS is asking why we have not filed for amendment when moved from Client A to Client B. I have all my LCA's approved for each location. How should I proceed with the RFE? Please advise.

Your employer is the H1B original petitioner which is the entity probably issued the RFE. Speak to a experienced immigration lawyer to help out with the RFE.
