I posted my actual experience on yelp about an auto repair shop, I never said any bad words and never even called any names in my review, all what I stated was my bad experience at the auto repair shop, the owner contacted me and threatened to take me to court, I am not sure if my posting on yelp telling my actual story can be a case against me in court? and what is the case ? when is yelp review can be used against the person who is posting the review in any law suit?
These idle threats are nothing more than "hot air".
The above is general legal and business analysis. It is not "legal advice" but analysis, and different lawyers may analyse this matter differently, especially if there are additional facts...
