Why is it that you have to be fired to be retalilated against? Does the law allow the employer to legally mistreat a employee,cut their pay,change their place of work, avoid given their bonuses like they give the others. Not trying to be a butt but I'm being retaliated against but I have not been fired but they are making it unbareble for me to continue to do the job. All of this bull crap started after I was injured on the job and they knew I wasn't well from the first time I got hurt and the doctor released me they just wanted to stop paying me TTD and get me back to work. This mess is causing all type of stress in my marriage because I can't pay the bills on the little income that my employer is paying me? I need someone to help me or tell me what i can do.
