can the president of my condo charge whatever he want to screen a tenant or a new owner? should the price be in the condo bylaw? Maybe Florida Statute says how much a condo can charge for criminal background search? by the way the fee is $350. is that the norm?
Fla. Stat. 718.112(i) requires any fees to be in the Declarations, Bylaws or Articles of Incorporation and limit the fees to $100.
