I have been working to a Client with a Employer A in Dallas, Texas. My H1 is with Emp A. I have an offer from Emp B to the same Client. But I have a non compete agreement with Emp A, Can i still join to the client with Emp B ? Is there a chance for Emp A to take legal action on me ?
That is certainly a possibility and if it happens it could be messy. Have a Texas lawyer review your noncompete agreement and provide you legal options.

It depends on the terms of the noncompete agreement. This is certainly a possibility. You should have an attorney look over the agreement before taking this action.
