I received an email for a job opening in Austin Texas. I spoke with the recruiter and he asked if I was a US citizen and I said yes. Then he asked if I was born in the US or if I was naturalized. I told him I was naturalized. He asked which country I was actually born in. I told him Pakistan. He said that they were only hiring Indians so he couldn't accept my application. Isn't this discrimination? I have the email and a recording of the call.
