My wife and I been married for 1 year and 10 months. I am currently an H1-B holder. My wife petitioned for me to get a green card based on marriage(I-130) . The first interview that was scheduled on October 28, I had to cancel because I had an emergency, and it was approved. Today 19th December, I received a call-in letter in the mail to appear and ask for adjudicating officer #1. Does that mean we are having a stoke Interview, or they suspect it is a fraud marriage. They it did not state for my wife to appear in it also. Also it requires me to submit a affidavit of support, which I did before.
you wouldn't get the dreaded stokes interview before a first interview. Assume it is all fine, and do as they ask.
you got an postponement for good cause. That should not raise any flags whatsoever. Just go to the interview as prepared as possible. Consider the possibility of bringing counsel along with you.
No one can tell you what it really means, although it seems too premature to assume a finding of fraud. However, you might be in a little over your head, I would seek the help of an experienced immigration attorney.
