Please let me know if there is a time frame such as 45 days from the Court ruling to do another motion. For instance the initial motion was 45 days from the Verified Response. This is limited case involved $9,000 claim.
You don't indicate the nature of the court order. Was it an order involving compliance with discovery?
Generally speaking, once the party has violated the court's order, the other party can make a motion either for contempt of court or in the case of discovery, for more serious orders such as terminating sanctions.
In other words, there isn't a waiting period before filing the next motion.
