I know there was a lawsuit in 1994-1995 and I know the judgement. I need help where I can find the details with the judgement on it. Can someone please point me in the right direction? I know it would have been handled in Superior Court. Would it be called a lawsuit in the books or would it now fall under real estate and if so what type of instrument search would it be called now. The lawsuit was over who own that PT LT and what was on it.
What you need to do is go to the courthouse itself and ask for the file with the location of the file. It will be under the names of the parties or if you have it the index number
You will probably need to go to the courthouse to look at the case file to get the details of the judgment. If you don't know the case number, you can often find the case by looking up the name of one (or more) of the involved parties.
If the property was in Fulton County, you may be able to look at the docket here:
However, you will still probably need to go to the courthouse to look at the actual file.
