Last year my child was in a camp for our local gym. They took an unauthorized photo of my child and used it in their phamphlets for this years Summer Camps and on their website for their ads. We did not sign a media release form. We do not even allow our school to take photos for advertisment purposes. I logged into our online account and their is no signature. They took the phamphet from their website but still have the phamphlets at the front door of our gym. I asked them for a hardcopy of our signature. We know we did not sign a release form. The manager called me back and said as of yet they cannot find any signatures. Is there anything that can be done about this?
