Our EB1C Priority date was 10th Nov,2017 and biometrics was done on 21st Dec,2017 but we haven't received GC-EAD card yet.Considering our priority date, we have already crossed our 90 days on 9th Feb,2018. We have taken Info pass appt on 21st Feb,2018 but not sure if I can get Interim EAD or not?
Can someone please explain the possibility of getting Interim EAD at InfoPass appt and what documents I need to carry and any other check points that I need to validate during the appointment?
The I-140 Final Rule of Feb 2017 removed the 90 day adjudication requirement. EADs are following the 5-6 month after filing.

The USCIS is no longer obligated to issue EAD's within 90 days of filing. The good news is that in the future as the time approaches for renewal of EAD based on pending adjustment of status application, there is an automatic 180 day extension of current (expiring) EAD.
