Pulled over and got a warning for speeding and also for not having proof of insurance........do I have to do anything?

If they were warnings and not citations then all you have to do is to be mindful of your speed and wear your seat belt.
If either or both were citations then you must act (pay, school or court) within 30 days.
Wishing you luck and hoping that I have been helpful in answering your question.
