Non custodial lives in this state. I don't. Child support case has been open were I live and also open in this States court. I had my hearing in my state and provided all documentation. Have not heard from non custodial state until I got a voice-mail saying non custodial was sitting with child services and had a question. If I did not call back that very moment the state would dismiss my case. It is on recording. Called back 30 min after. No answer. I never received letters or notification I had to be present for non custodial hearing. Been calling for four days now and agency said he will get back to me if he wants. If not case is up for dismissal. It is not even the home state of case. Is this legal? How do I rectify if they won't return my calls? Is there someone else to call?
