Violated his parole and was returned to jail. Isolated from general population for fighting. Not a credible person. Claims I scratched him (he probably did to himself) because he came into my bedroom and disconnected my T.V. and I went to retrieve it. He did not seek any medical attention nor miss time from work. Police did not take any samples from my fingers. Claims he is a member of a gang called TRG in Rialto and has threatened me on numerous occasions that he would get me and he would f--- me up good. Would have filed a civil harassment restraining order, but my ex husband cautioned me not to because he said that I would probably be shot. Released from jail in 1 hour. I adamantly deny that I ever touched him, although he has abused me and my daughter.
What's your question?

First off, Avvo.com indicated you posted this around 11pm. If you posted an initial query 6 hours prior to that, it would have been approximately 5 pm. Please remember, all the attorneys that do respond to question through Avvo.com do not work for Avvo.com. All attorneys are employed in private practice law firms, so you may not get an immediate response.
Second, as the other attorney mentioned - what is your question? In order to maintain anonymity, we do not and cannot view a history of all the questions a specific user has posted. We cannot go back and search for the initial question you posted. Your fact pattern is just that, a fact pattern. But poses no questions. Do you want to know what could happen to you (if you were arrested, it is a bit unclear)? Do you want to know what could happen to the other person? Do you want guidance and what to do now? Instead of posting specific case details on here, where District Attorneys can see the information, I would suggest you contact an attorney local to your area and schedule a consultation. Most Criminal Defense attorneys offer free consultations.
I suggest that, despite your ex-husband's comments, you get a restraining order. Makes it easier for cops to arrest him when he shows up.
The above is not intended as legal advice. The response does not constitute the creation of an attorney client relationship as this forum does not provide for a confidential communication.
If you want a quick response, hire an attorney.
J Charles Ferrari Eng & Nishimura 213.622.2255 The statement above is general in nature and does not constitute legal advice, as not all the facts are known. You should retain an attorney to review all the facts specific to your case in order to receive advise specific to your case. The statement above does not create an attorney/client relationship. Answers on Avvo can only be general ones, as specific answers would require knowledge of all the facts. As such, they may or may not apply to the question.
