Hope you all are well
I got three speeding tickets, two of them got changed to parking ticket with the help of traffic attorney, but i paid these tickets as a parking ticket, the third one i took the traffic school class and passed it, got certificate, and paid the ticket
my question is:
"I am going to apply for my green card, do i just need the proof that all these above tickets are paid ? (i have the receipts with me)".
please help me with this are there any other proofs that i need ?
Thanks and Regards
Yes you should obtain proof of the payment of such tickets and bring with you to interview and provide if requested.
Quit asking the same question. Speeding tickets will not cause you a problem. You have asked the same question at least three other times. For a green card, you do not need to declare speeding tickets, only more serious matters like DUI. If you declared them, them just provide the proof that you have paid the same or completed the driving class and that is enough.

Traffic tickets do not impact your eligibility for a green card.
