I'm f2 visa and wanna divorce from my husband, i dont wanna leave the US, can i chang my visa status from f2 to f1 or tourist visa after i get divorce and stay in us? Plz help
You can file a change of status application and become F-1/B before you divorce.

If you have a valid reason for changing to a visitor visa, you can change status to visitor. However, your stay will still be limited to up to 6 months validity under the B2.
