I just received notice that my DL will be suspended for a driving ticket for running a red light on photo but I wasn't the driver so I'm taking it to court. I know who it was and I'm willing to give the person name. They are unwilling to come forward can the courts still make me pay the fine
You are free to put forth an alibi defense but in the end your car = your problem (this is reason # 147 why I do not let anyone drive my car).
I'm relatively certain that you are not versed in criminal / traffic procedure or the rules of evidence so you might consider having a lawyer in court with you... or not... it's your case and your driver history.
Wishing you luck and hoping that I have been helpful in answering your question.
