My PERM is approved for EB2 category and i got RFE on Education after 8 months from applying I-140. RFE came in March 2015. My company responded to the query but still the status is showing pending. Today is almost mid of June. Again my original blue copy of PERM was lost. Does it take that much of time because the blue copy of original PERM was lost or because it is likely to get I-140 denial.
I have Educational Background with Bachelors degree as Economics and Masters Degree for 3 years in Management with concentration in HR in India and i got accreditation for Bachelors degree of USA, but again i have more than 5 years of IT experience in USA itself. Does Queue is holding so long for I-140 audit.
My question is do i still have chances of getting approval for I-140 or delay means rejec

Keep in mind that it is not 'your' PERM, nor I-140.
Hopefully the company's immigration attorney and not a NON-ATTORNEY in HR has things under control.
Why not talk to him/her?

Delay doesn't always mean rejection, usually it just means you are applying for something/anything with USCIS. Don't get discouraged until you get a denial, and be patient. Speak to the attorney handling the I-140 for their input.
