I traded in my old car to a dealership for a new loan. I owed money on the car still. After everything I said and done I looked art eh contract. They agreed to pay 10,240 which is an estimated amount. If overestimated they have to pay me the difference. The difference is over 200 bucks. If they don't pay me back can I sue?
If that's the agreement, and they didn't refund you the money, it sounds as if you can sue. But, you should bring the paperwork to a lawyer to review before you sue anyone.
