want to know what the remark section is for am I getting charged at 70 in 65 or what
It means the officer gave you a break. If he charged you with doing 84 in a 55, you would be facing a 4 point offense. Because he changed it to 70 in a 65 you are not facing any points. The remark was left to remind the officer what really happened, should you decide to dispute the ticket.
Hope that answers your question.
