I've heard that it's hard to overturn a marital separation agreement in the state of Virginia. I know that the standard is high to prove duress, fraud, and unconscionably. However, where can I go to actually get the correct dates on how often these types of cases (contesting an agreement) are actually overturned. Does anyone know when the last time a marital separation agreement was actually overturned in a Virginia court of law?
