I went to the airport to receive my mom who came on visiting visa. As I was waiting I went to inquire about her only to be questioned and was told that since my name is not in the system I have to leave the country in 14 days. Can I be deported as illegal immigrant? Though I have three kids who citizen by birth.
Of course you can if you are not here with lawful documents! So your question becomes how to safeguard against potential deportation. With three US citizen children you may have options. You should schedule a personal consultation with an immigration attorney to discuss these.

You will likely be eligible for the new DAPA in May. You can be deported, so be careful. Hopefully they were encouraging you to leave and you will not receive a notice to appear in immigration court. Stay safe.
