I'm an out of status F1 student. My spouse filed form I130 to petition me, and it was approved. I just filed form I485 and I765 last week.
I have a driver license in District of Columbia before, but it expired 80 days ago.
Is it possible if I can go to MVA and exchange my driver license.
Once you receive your EAD card you will not have a problem renewing.. I would check with local lawyer in Maryland to be sure

I suggest you bring your notice of approved I-130, receipt for your I-485, approved EAD (if you have one) birth certificate and passport and marriage license to the DMV.
I would wait to get your employment authorization card or atl east the approval notice and take it with the I485 receipt to the DMV
