You could give the A# from your student EAD card, or you could leave it blank, or write "none": Both are acceptable, because the temporary A#s assigned to F-1 students with OPT typically begin with the digit 1 and thus will not be confused with the permanent A#s assigned to lawful permanent residents, which typically begin with 0.
