I had a cps case in 2008 my case was open for 2 years closed march of 2010 my 3 daughters got adopted out in 2010 lost my parents right for them and i had another baby in 2011 lost her to cps since birth because the hospital called cps on me and lied so my old social worker told them to put a hold on my baby and can my old social worker get fired for telling my daughters adopted parents about my new case and telling them they can adopted her tooshe isn't even my social worker i've been having the same social worker since 2011 she my old social worker for my 3 daughters that got adopted out
The simple answer to your question is no, there is nothing that prohibits the CPS social worker from speaking with the family that has adopted your other three children as there is a desire to keep sibling groups together.
The best way to really "get back" at that social worker is to do services and really get back on your feet so you do not lose another child. Good luck.
