You should consult an attorney experienced in traffic citations. Your story is very unusual and the facts are too complex to answer on this forum.
What is your question? Are you wondering what you should do? Consult an attorney. Do not post detailed facts publicly on Avvo. Are you wondering what happens if you didn't sign the ticket. You will still get a warrant for your arrest if you miss court. Your lack of signature might be a defense if the court charges you with failure to appear, but your lack of signature does not prevent you from being charged with reckless driving. However, you should contact an attorney to discuss your options and ways of fighting the charge.
Do not ignore this ticket. It is a misdemeanor. Get an attorney. More facts are needed- discuss them with your attorney.

Whats your question? Is it a valid cite? If it gives a court date for you to be there I would not advise ignoring it. Reckless is a misdemeanor so you would be wise hiring counsel to deal with it for you.
