Received notice in mail saying the court date was missed - this was due to confusion between the dates - thought it was a week later. How can I pay a fee and maybe get another chance to take this to court to get into diversion or pay a lessor fine?
Lawrenceville Municipal Court ticket for possession.UPDATE: I called the court clerk and she stated to come in and pay the bench warrant fee and the fine on the case to get a new court date. The court has a two week deadline for payment of an FTA fee or a bench warrant does get issued. A lawyer is most definitely going to be needed. Thanks for your help :)
Go to the clerk's office, pay a $100 fine for missing court, and get a new court date. Otherwise, hire alawyer to do this for you, and to represent you in the case.

A missed court date normally means there is a warrant for your arrest. What exactly did the notice you receive say?
You can either go to court and walk your case in or pay an attorney to do it for you. Yes, if you missed court there is potentially a bench warrant out for your arrest.

Contact Lawrenceville Municipal Court and ask to be re-scheduled. You may have to go into the court and pay a fine for the FTA. Speak to the prosecutor (or better yet, hire an attorney to work out an alternative to pleading to the violation) and inquire about your options.
