If you believe that you have been discriminated against based upon your religion, you should talk to an employment attorney in your state. Although the laws are different state to state (disclaimer: I am a California attorney and cannot practice in Washington and I am not very familiar with Washington law), I can tell you that federal law prohibits an employer from terminating an employee if the decision is based solely upon race.
Although several employers will start employees out on a "90 day probation period" to hold off on paying for insurance benefits, etc., that does not mean that they can break the law while they are evaluating you. If you feel strongly that you have been discriminated against based on your race, religion, age, sexuality, gender, etc. talk to an employment lawyer and see if they know someone who would be willing to take your case.
