I have gotten my 3rd dui two first offenses before that I’m pending on drug court. See judge every two weeks i haven’t been sentanced yet I had a lawyer which now is a prosecutor while on my case my case has been moved now three times because they say there are no prosecutors to take my case and at mercy of attorney general and the courts what does this mean judge asked to revoke my bond but I have a job and the new lawyer I have from the same firm says no I need my job what’s all this mean if no prosecutor is available for my case?
Clearly you need to discuss this in detail with your attorney. There are too many things going on in your explanation to try and sort it all out in a short reply post.
The response provided is intended to provide information only, and is not intended to be relied upon as legal advice. This is true for a number of reasons, including there being no attorney client relationship formed, not having complete information about the situation, not knowing the record of the person involved, not knowing the legal process thus far, and a host of other things. The way to get legal advice from which decisions can be made is to hire and consult with an attorney who is both knowledgeable in the legal area of concern and who knows the details of both the client and the case.
Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.
