What can be done if someone does not have a birth certificate record...the only thing he has is a batism certificate and a letter saying that there is no record of birth certificate found.,, what else can be done??? Thank you!!!
affidavits of birth from two people who are older and were present at birth like siblings, cousins, uncle or aunts.
A few different things will work along with that Baptism Certificate. The child's name in a Family Bible that goes back at least one generation, or affidavits of two people who are older and can recall his birth.
Depending on where the child was born there are a few different options. You should contact an experienced adoption attorney who practices in your local courthouse for further information.
