The NJ consumer affairs won a case against a contractor and he owes me money.. How can i collect it? NJ state has not been paid.
Is there anything i can do?
I would need more information before I could offer an opinion. In some instances only the Department of Consumer Affairs collects fines etc. I would need to understand the specifics of your situation.
