I was hired in 2010 by my company which allowed me to be on the personal car reimbursement program, However this year in 2012 I am now required to get a company car through fleet, and my question is if I was hired with a 23109VC conviction which was originally a DUI and got it expunged before I was hired and yet I was hired my record states :
*DISM 1203.4 OR 4A P.C. 07-01-09
can I be fired if I apply to the company car program because of my record? will I be denied a company car thus My job is eliminated?
my arrest was in 2006 and convicted in 2007 and expunged in 2009? Please help as I need to submit my drivers license this week?
I'm not really sure what you mean by your question, but your driving record will definitely show your conviction. Whether your company will give you a car with that conviction would be based on company policy, but I doubt they would deny you a company car based on a VC 23109 violation from 2006. I guess that would depend on their insurance policy.
Mr. Pullman is correct. Your 2006 offense will show if they pull your driving record. I doubt if a 6 year offense will impact your current position.
