Never said i was fired but took the keys to back and no longer have any hours, Am I fired?

Assuming you are an employee and not an independent contractor, you may have some rights. Assuming you were a full-time employee working 40 hours per week (as an example) for the past 6 months or longer and suddenly you are no longer working, you probably have some rights. However, if you were a part-time employee or didn't work regular hours there could be a legitimate excuse (at least on paper) why you were not scheduled. More needs to be know about your case. Yes, if you are no longer being given work to do and you are no longer being paid money then you may consider yourself terminated. An employer has no duty to actually say "you're fired" to terminate you. However, if you are owed any money in wages at the time you are terminated the employer is required to give you your final paycheck on that same day.
