I was never served an alias writ can i stay until i receive it?
The alias writ of possession is the document served on the day of eviction. Call the Court and give them your court docket number. They should be able to tell you if the alias writ was issued. If so, you will be evicted as soon as the Sheriff's Deputy or landlord and Tenant officer can do the eviction.
You should contact your own attorney before deciding on a course of action.
