I enlisted into the Army back in 2001 as a 63S Heavy Wheeled Mechanic. In 2004 I was forced to re-class to a different MOS 31B Military Police, I had then attended AIT for the MOS and graduated, sent to my 1st duty station as a new MP. At my duty station I performed all my duties to Standard made rank to SGT and held a position as Master driver and UPL under the commander. If the Army is all about chaptering me 8 years later for Never having a Security Clearance why should I just sit back and let them? It is not my fault that the ARMY decided to reclass me and then graduate me and sent me to a duty station without a Security clearance, not even a intern clearance, NOTHING! Dang if I knew this was going to happen 8 years later I should have just gotten out of the Army back then.
There is a LOT missing from your post--like why you are not eligible for a clearance.

I agree with Attorney Rafter. There's a lot you're not telling us. First, what level security clearance are you required to have for your MOS. Second, why are you ineligible for it?
