Need for getting new Administrator in Probate case?
The Judge is very unhappy with my case and has even put in place a Surety Bond of $350 K against the lawyer for the Administrator.
If there is a venue for getting rid of him I want to pursue it.
Just need to know what it would cost.

This is indeed a difficult task. I would need more facts to support your position. I regularly appear on SB Probate courts. Cost is variable but expect to pay a retainer for services with no guarantee.
Yes. You may file petition to remove administrator for not performing duties.
I have successfully had non-performing administrators removed and surcharged numerous times.

First, getting the personal representative removed is NOT an easy task. It's not as simple as pay a lawyer a fixed cost to get the representative removed. But, you indicate that the judge is already unhappy with the representative's attorney. That may be a good sign.
There are several really good attorneys in the San Bernardino area that handle requesting a court to remove a personal representative. If you would like me to provide their names to you, shoot me a message.
