My NCO followed me on Twitter. Unsure who it was at first I looked at the account and saw that it was him. I also saw that he had various photos of him with pornstars, these photos showed him grabbing pornstars breast among other explicit things. Females in my platoon were already creeped out by this NCO so I warned them about his Twitter account. They asked to see the photos and I showed them. My NCO is now trying to Sharp me for sharing the photos even though they were public, on his public account for everyone to see. Is there any chance that I could face UCMJ For Sharp?
There is a chance - it really depends on the specific circumstances. You should talk to TDS or consult with a civilian attorney. It will help you navigate this situation.
If TDS is too busy (which is common), most civilian lawyers who practice military law (like myself) offer free consultations.
