Hi, I know that it's important to bring the Tax Transcripts for 5yrs to the interview and so, I requested them to the IRS.
But, today I got just 4 yrs PLUS a letter saying that the tax Transcripts are only available for the current and 3 prior yrs.
For older year a return transcript is no longer available JUST "account transcripts".
I called them and they said that I could order via mail (using a specific form) a COPY of my 2014 return and also it should take a really long time to get it....
So, I ended up ordering "Account transcript" for that year.... I plan to bring for that year also the "copy" of my return that my Accountant uses to give to me. Do you think this is enough? Please advice!
Thanks so much.
Will be more than "enough" for your purposes. Best of luck!
