I have a seizure disorded which requires meds each month(that i cant afford without insurance). My job doesn't offer insurance nor can i afford it...Can she just up and cut me off it ???
This seems to be a question best answered by a domestic relations attorney.
It is always best to speak in detail with an attorney when seeking answers to legal questions. You should not depend upon an answer to a legal question that is only based upon your initial inquiry which may not contain all of the facts necessary for one to make an informed opinion. I suggest contacting someone local to your area in order to go over more of the specifics related to your situation.
Need more information. If your Wife has insurance through her employer, then it might not be so easy to take you off the policy. If your Wife pays for private health insurance on her own and has included you, then it can be done fairly easily. You state that she moved out. Your best option is to immediately file for a limited divorce and seek an immediate order that your wife not remove you and/or continue you on the health insurance policy. A good family law lawyer can help you with this. Good luck.
