I'm going on a 1-2 week business trip to China and was wondering if she can come with me using her advance parole or is it better if she stays at home. She's originally from China and our case has been pending since April 2017. Any info. will be helpful, thanks attorneys!
Assuming she had no prior visa violations, yes, she can use the advance parole and passport to leave and re-enter while you wait for the interview.
If both of you trust she will face no "inadmissibility issues" upon return,, then yes, by all means, use that AP travel document to travel - that's what it's for.
