Check with the court in Oklahoma where the original action was filed. Ask them if it is still open and if they say yes, you can proceed or dismiss it. If they say no, you can file in Kansas.

If you have lived in Kansas for 60 days and one of you wants to get unmarried, you may get divorced in Kansas. Even if a divorce was granted in Oklahoma, you may need to get a divorce or annulment (in Kansas) because you agreed in Kansas that you are married.
In Kansas, an agreement that you are married (if you are qualified to get married) makes you married. In order to prove that marriage, you must hold yourselves out as married. If you held yourselves out as married, but never agreed that you were married, you should get an annulment.
Check the status of the Oklahoma divorce action. If it is still pending, it should be dismissed.
Discuss your situation with a Kansas divorce lawyer.
